Aged in the solera system for over 4 years, our fino is a pale, straw-coloured wine, with a bouquet delicate (almondy) and sharp, without acidity, very dry and light on the palate.
It is best served chilled between 4 and 7 degrees Celsius.
It goes beautifully with tapas and with seafood, fish, ham and mild cheese.
