Wine description
100% Pedro Ximénez.
Aus dem Hause: Malaga Virgen
234, The Wine Advocate | 29th Dec 2017 | Luis Gutiérrez
The NV Reserva De Familia “P.X.” has 400 grams of residual sugar and 15% alcohol. It's produced with sun-dried grapes that started fermenting and were fortified. It matured in oak casks for 24 months. It has some rustic aromas of carob beans, dates and figs, quite recognizable as PX. The palate is even sweeter than the Moscatel, dense and thick, but could do with more acidity and freshness.
